Job Summary

  • To ensure that all equipment within the factory is operational and maintained to the highest
- standard possible

  • This includes Boiler and steam equipment.
  • Provide preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance when required
  • Provides advanced diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair for advanced electronic and
- mechanical production equipment to ensure efficient operations


Essential Job Duties:

  • Maintenance & repair of equipment
  • Trouble shooting diagnosis of mechanical/electrical faults
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Liaise with suppliers of production equipment
  • Liaise with Production Manager and Shift Leaders on priority issues
  • Source spare parts, quotations and place orders as required
  • Maintain stock levels of critical parts in line with cost controls, repair parts, replacement
  • Recommendations.
Skills should include

  • Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical and steam) Engineering experience
  • Planned and reactive maintenance experience
  • Steam Boiler experience

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 4pm to 2am
