Primary Job Objectives:


The Customer Care Administrator's primary objectives are to:

  • Provide a full and efficient administrative support to the Customer Care Department
  • Ensure that the company's Customer Care Expectations are always complied with
  • Maintain a prompt and polite telephone answering service
  • Always ensure compliance with current GDPR legislation and the Consumer Code for Home Builders
  • Have mutual respect and maintain a friendly atmosphere to ensure that the office is a pleasant environment to work in

Key Tasks

The Customer Care Administrator's key tasks include:

  • Dealing politely and efficiently with all customer contact and maintenance matters
  • Progressing maintenance matters expediently
a) Ensuring that customer correspondence is responded to promptly and professionally and that customers are kept well informed of all matters affecting them

b) Ensuring that customer records (both digital and physical) are kept up to date


  • Progressing outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining efficient filing systems
  • Using Microsoft Office to produce letters, reports, presentations etc.
  • Dealing promptly with incoming calls and ensuring that if an expectation of an outbound call is made it is adhered to
  • Providing printing, photocopying and scanning services
  • Dealing with warranties and customer handover information
  • Any other activities necessary to fulfil the primary job objectives
Kindly note that the salary is dependent on suitable experience.

From £23,000.00 per year
