Primary Job Objectives:
The Customer Care Administrator's primary objectives are to:
- Provide a full and efficient administrative support to the Customer Care Department
- Ensure that the company's Customer Care Expectations are always complied with
- Maintain a prompt and polite telephone answering service
- Always ensure compliance with current GDPR legislation and the Consumer Code for Home Builders
- Have mutual respect and maintain a friendly atmosphere to ensure that the office is a pleasant environment to work in
Key Tasks
The Customer Care Administrator's key tasks include:
- Dealing politely and efficiently with all customer contact and maintenance matters
- Progressing maintenance matters expediently
b) Ensuring that customer records (both digital and physical) are kept up to date
- Progressing outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining efficient filing systems
- Using Microsoft Office to produce letters, reports, presentations etc.
- Dealing promptly with incoming calls and ensuring that if an expectation of an outbound call is made it is adhered to
- Providing printing, photocopying and scanning services
- Dealing with warranties and customer handover information
- Any other activities necessary to fulfil the primary job objectives
Job Types:

From £23,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
