Due to continued growth we are looking for an Office Amin Assistant to join our team.

Martin Williams (Hull) Ltd was established in 1990 and remains a family run business today.

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer Literacy
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Prior office experience (preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Confidence to multi task
Prior knowledge of the automotive industry an advantage


Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Processing paperwork
  • Assisting colleagues across all departments
  • General admin duties

Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
