Due to continued growth we are looking for an Office Amin Assistant to join our team.Martin Williams (Hull) Ltd was established in 1990 and remains a family run business today.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Confident telephone manner
- Computer Literacy
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Prior office experience (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills
- Good organisational skills
- Confidence to multi task
Duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Processing paperwork
- Assisting colleagues across all departments
- General admin duties
Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
