We are looking for an
experienced restaurant supervisor/ assistant managerthat is eager to learn all about managing a high-quality, local, Michelin guide restaurant.

In this role, you will be
taken on and trained up to the general manager level and will be offered new
progression opportunities constantly to provide you with lots of important experience.

All you need for this position is some supervisor experience in a restaurant and a charismatic personality to learn and grow.

The main duties of this role will be to oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. You will train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customercomplaints.
