*Digital Transformation Consultant / Head of Digital Platforms / Head of Digital Channels / Head of Digital Product - £650 - £850 (DOE) and its an Umbrella Engagement - 6 month initial - SW England - 1 / 2 days per week*So a very interesting opportunity to work with one of our leading FS clients on shaping their Digital Services platform. Bit of an unusual role as the role could cater to a range of Job titles. Below are some of the core responsibilities

Looking at the strategy & roadmap for the team to allow them to provide services to other teams using the platform, such as: AI, chat bots, web content services, analytics, API's.
How do they build the tools to allow the other teams to build their own customer journeys
Look at what products & services will be needed in the future and how do they evaluate these new products.
Looking at what they currently offer and examine what products are doing well, which need enhancing & developing, and which need to be dropped.
Look at feedback loops from supported teams to allow a selfservice model.
Background in working within business architecture operating models would be useful but key skills will be problem solving and consultancy approach "take vague ideas and make it coherent"
