Description
The Clinical Placement Administrator role will include a wide range of duties involving the day to day organisation, facilitation and administration of student placements and placement related activity in the School of Pharmacy.
The role will include the responsibility for supporting placement activities across a range of programmes within the school and will include monitoring and reviewing placement offers, paperwork and supporting the reporting and quality assurance of placement activity.
You will have:
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with the ability to work with a range of IT systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, inclusive of academic staff, students and placement providers
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
