Fixed term to August 2024 in the first instance

Band 4, Point , £24, £26, pro-rated for term time only)

Within your role you will be expected to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities.

This will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or for whole classes. You will also ensure that monitoring, assessing, and recording are an important part of your everyday protocol.

We also play a leading role in the Trafford Together School Alliance, which has a majority of Trafford schools as partners.

Through our Trust and Alliance, we facilitate strong collaboration, access to training and professional development opportunities for all staff.


Our school is a special school for children with identified Learning needs including Autism, SLD, SEMH, SLC and moderate learning difficulties.

All children have an Educational, Health and Social Care plan (EHCP). Staff work alongside other agencies to ensure the very best of outcomes for both our children and their families.

Through our Outreach Team, we also provide advice and support for pupils at risk of exclusion from their mainstream schools across Trafford and the neighbouring boroughs.
