This opportunity is for a coordinator skilled in administration, with a flexible attitude and ability to manage their workload across a range of activities.

As a self-motivated team player, you will work independently and with the team to create innovative ways of working as projects evolve.

In this varied and interesting role, you will use your strong organisational skills to ensure our members receive an excellent service from the College.

You will be working with highly motivated people and will need excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with a range of people from school students to consultant psychiatrists.

The Training and Workforce team provides operational support to psychiatrists throughout their careers.

Our careers activities are aimed at school students, medical students, and trainee doctors to help them develop and to encourage them to choose a career in psychiatry.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is the professional membership body for psychiatrists and promotes excellent care for people with mental illness.

It has 19,000 members and engages with government and the media as the leading voice of the UK's mental health services.
