Juice Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with a leading automotive organisation, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor.


The company are going through an exciting phase of growth, making it the perfect time to join their friendly team You will be providing integral support to the online navigation team, ensuring a first-class service to their customers and identifying salesopportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a consultative and professional experience to customers.
  • Driving appointments for our sales from inbound enquiries.
  • Uploading customer information to their sales tracking platform.

You will be working varied shift patterns:

  • 8:0017:00/ 8:3017:30/ 9:0018:00
  • Split shifts: 10:0014:00 in office, then 18:0021:00 at home (Mon & Wed)
  • Every other weekend: Sat 08:0017:00 in office & Sun 10:0016:00 at home

Benefits:


  • Salary: £24,000
  • 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
