Key Responsibilities:

Technical

Gather asset information in line with the Atalian Servest Technical Services Asset Information Requirements (AIR), or in line with a bespoke customer requirement.

People

Liaise with specialist suppliers and contractors to make a detailed assessment of the plant lifecycle.
Be the primary point of contact for resolving all issues on the sites

Planning & Organising

Assess maintenance history regarding adherence to regulatory requirements, codes of practice, and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify any issues and resolve them
.

Commercial / Financial

Support the business development team in the effective and accurate pricing of maintenance contracts, through the provision of highintegrity data. Mitigate potential commercial risks through a thorough site investigation.

Team

Manage the data captured and findings and compile them into technical and nontechnical reports; combine a holistic approach with the technical methodology for reporting.

Health & Safety

Ensure estate compliance for planned maintenance services within the contract
Support internal and external audit teams in evidencing work completed and ensure the safe delivery of future works.

About You:

_ Applicants must have the right to work in the UK_:

Solid experience working in the building services/facilities management sector.
Very high ability with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
High attention to detail
Methodical and procedure approach to problemsolving
Patient approach to work and communication style
Collaborative with stakeholders from different teams and organisations

May require a Van for travelling from site to site - mobile role in London and the South.

Hours and Location:

London & the South (Travel is essential for this role)

Core working hours for this position are from 08:00 until 16:30, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility will be expected regarding hours of work, to suit the needs of the business and team.

Security Clearance to NPPV/2, or Non-Police Personnel Vetting to Level 2 required to be undertaken
