Mechanical Supervisor

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for the build or refurbishment of residential sites from East London, Kent to Sussex.


Salary
£40-£45k depending on experience
Mechanical Supervisor - Responsibilities

  • Supervise the refurbishment timelines on specific sites
  • Supervise the subcontractors as required
  • Supervise the refurbishment to budget
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders

Mechanical Supervisor - Offer

  • Permanent
  • Approximately 40 hours per week
  • Company van including fuel card
