What will you be doing?
Key accountabilities include:
- Partner with your business area to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity across all roles
- Build strong relationships with the business & HRBP's being a centre of excellence for recruitment/resourcing
- Proactively approach and engage talent in the external market, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, particularly in niche roles
- Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and nontechnical roles
- Upskill leaders and managers on recruitment best practice
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery, ideally in Corporate Functions roles (including proactive sourcing)
- Prior experience of working in resourcing team in either an inhouse, agency or RPO environment
- Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment up to senior management level
- Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
