What will you be doing?

Key accountabilities include:

Partner with your business area to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity across all roles
Build strong relationships with the business & HRBP's being a centre of excellence for recruitment/resourcing
Proactively approach and engage talent in the external market, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, particularly in niche roles
Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and nontechnical roles
Upskill leaders and managers on recruitment best practice

Who are we looking for?

Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery, ideally in Corporate Functions roles (including proactive sourcing)
Prior experience of working in resourcing team in either an inhouse, agency or RPO environment
Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment up to senior management level
Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
