This is an opportunity to gain experience of working in a school setting. You will be supporting students within our internal Intervention Hub and working closely with the Intervention Hub Manager.


You will be supporting students with challenging behaviours in delivering a range of programmes as well as wider study skills.


You will also work to develop a range of resources with a particular focus on social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.


You will need:

- good literacy and numeracy skills (minimum GCSE grade 4 or above)
- a commitment to working with young people and future career aspirations
- an ability to use your initiative.
