Our client is a boutique law firm based in Cardiff.

They have been providing a range of legal and advisory services to both corporate and individual clients for over 50 years.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal to join their experienced team in their central Cardiff office.


Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of documents and commercial contracts.
Support with general administration.
Attend project meetings and collaborate with other teams.
Assist with and respond to general day-to-day legal queries from colleagues, clients, and other key stakeholders
Assist in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Support with the implementation and maintenance of a contract approval, execution, and management process
Qualifications and Experience
A law degree or equivalent qualification
At least 12 months' experience as a paralegal or in a similar role
Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage competing demands on your time
