We're supporting a well-known consumer-facing brand through a key period of digital transformation and are searching for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to drive improvements across the mobile app, loyalty integration, ordering platforms and in-restaurant digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery and optimisation of the mobile app, loyalty solutions and digital ordering platforms
  • Understand user journeys, app flows and how 3rd-party delivery (3PD) integrates into the broader digital ecosystem
