    The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Business Development Partner to drive the organisation's growth and expansion. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing team, securing contracts and delivering sustainable results.

    As a key stakeholder, you will be responsible for continued professional development, accessing a wide range of training opportunities to enhance your understanding of the Scottish social care sector and competitive tendering.

    This role requires direct experience in business development, with a proven track record of generating income through written proposals, funding applications, and presentations. Excellent analytical, communication, and written skills are essential, as well as planning, time management, and organisational abilities.

    The successful candidate will work from home, with occasional travel throughout Scotland required. Access to a car and a full clean driving license are desirable.
