Location:
Head Office, Hertford with occasional travel within West Essex

Hours:
Full time, Monday - Friday 35 hours per week

Salary:
£23,938 per annum

The Help in the Home Service helps older people in Hertfordshire to live independently in their own home by keeping their homes clean and tidy and providing other services such as shopping.

The service is now expanding into West Essex.


You will assist the Head of Help in the Home co-ordinate the day to day running of the service to ensure a reliable and high quality service delivery.


This will involve liaising with clients and Home Helpers, recruitment and management of Home Helpers, administration and electronic record keeping.

You will need excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, along with an understanding of the needs of older people
