- Job description During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism.

Who we're looking for - We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Principal (with responsibility for English) to help lead us on our journey of sustained excellence.

You will be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the natural ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and peers.
- As an outstanding teacher and leader with demonstrable leadership experience, you will make a significant contribution to the leadership and success of our school. You will have:
- A degree qualification (2ii or above) and Qualified Teacher Status (in Secondary English).
- Sustained delivery of outstanding achievement in English.
- A track record of delivering 'outstanding' outcomes for pupils in English.
- The ability to coach and motivate professionals, individually and within groups, to achieve individual and collective targets.
- The ability to set clear targets, track and manage progress and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
