  • Job description During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism.

  • We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Principal (with responsibility for English) to help lead us on our journey of sustained excellence.

You will be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the natural ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and peers.

You will have:


  • A degree qualification (2ii or above) and Qualified Teacher Status (in Secondary English).
  • Sustained delivery of outstanding achievement in English.
  • A track record of delivering 'outstanding' outcomes for pupils in English.
  • The ability to coach and motivate professionals, individually and within groups, to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • The ability to set clear targets, track and manage progress and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
