Job description During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Principal (with responsibility for English) to help lead us on our journey of sustained excellence.
We want to hear from talented leaders looking to extend their experience, and ambitious middle leaders seeking their first senior leadership post. You will be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the natural ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and peers.
As an outstanding teacher and leader with demonstrable leadership experience, you will make a significant contribution to the leadership and success of our school. You will have:

A degree qualification (2ii or above) and Qualified Teacher Status (in Secondary English).
Sustained delivery of outstanding achievement in English.
A track record of delivering 'outstanding' outcomes for pupils in English.
The ability to coach and motivate professionals, individually and within groups, to achieve individual and collective targets.
The ability to set clear targets, track and manage progress and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
