Role Overview:
As an Earwax Removal HCA, you will play a crucial role in assisting our audiologists and clinicians in delivering high-quality earwax removal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting preliminary assessments of clients' ear health and conditions.
- Assisting audiologists and clinicians during earwax removal procedures.
- Providing guidance and support to clients before, during, and after treatment.
- Maintaining accurate records of client appointments, procedures, and outcomes.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within audiology or ENT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare assistance or a related field would be advantageous.
