We offer a unique type of stair storage that uses a void of space most houses already have but cant access.

We currently don't use any type of paid marketing and believe face to face sales would be great as it can answer a lot of initial questions and gain more installs.


Your Role:


As the face of Smart Space, you'll be at the forefront, introducing our innovative stair storage solution to fresh new build estates throughout the West Midlands.

This role isn't just about sales, it's about offering a product that stands alone in the market, ensuring your path to success is not just clear but practically illuminated.


Your key responsibility will involve seamlessly scheduling installations, a straightforward process that entails gathering essential details and confirming an installation date, all without necessitating any financial commitment from the customer upfront.

Payments are conveniently made on the day of the installation, easing the process for both you and the client.


To fully equip you for success, we offer comprehensive training, extending up to a month if necessary, to deepen your understanding of the installation process and to adeptly assess the feasibility of installations in customer homes.


This role isn't just a job; it's a career pathway that could see you evolving into a leadership position, heading up your own sales team as we continue to expand and scale our operations.

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
