THE OPPORTUNITY
Golf Holidays Direct is an established and fast-growing on-line tour operator founded in the UK.

Our highly successful and financially independent international business is looking to recruit a talented accounts payable executive to join an expanding team in an exciting and fast-paced working environment.


THE CANDIDATE
You are a self-starting, driven and focused individual whilst also bringing the following qualities to the role:

  • Dynamic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new ideas at pace
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • To be responsive and innovative under pressure

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for assisting in, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Dealing with a high volume of invoices and allocating payments to supplier accounts on our in-house booking system.
  • Reconciliation of month end accounts payable balance to supplier statements
  • Filing invoices and statements individually for each supplier
  • Additional tasks required within the Accounts department

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


Ideally educated to a degree level _
and/or_ have the ability to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role to the one being applied for.


  • Advanced Excel skills essential for analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • A cando attitude with the ability to work with multiple departments
  • Be able to work in a fastpaced office environment.

£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per annum_ based on experience.
