Kindred Odstock
Kindred Odstock is an Outstanding Ofsted rated nursery nestled in the village of Odstock in Salisbury.

The nursery offers exceptional childcare and early years education to 52 children aged 3 months to 5 years and is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The nurseryhas an impressive large outdoor space and innovative indoor environments. They are passionate about loose parts play and follow a Reggio-inspired approach to learning and development.


Our Odstock Nursery are excited to be looking for a passionate Apprentice to join the Kindred family and to be part of the magic.


WOW - Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • _Kindred apprentices are enthusiastic, energetic and love working with children. They are at the start of a career in childcare and are committed to gaining a professional qualification whilst learning from their colleagues. They have good organisationalabilities and can balance their independent study and their role as developing practitioners within the setting._
  • Create 'wow' moments in everything you do, being creative and inspirational for all our children and colleagues
  • Develop yourself and others, always seeking new and exciting ways to achieve the best
  • Be part of and enhance our inclusive, home from home family feel for children, parents and colleagues, ensuring everyone is on the same journey
  • Ensure the highest levels of wellbeing and safety for the children in your care, always putting children first


This role is offering £4.81 per hour and you will be required to work 40 hours per week including having supported study time.
