You will work in our modern offices in Harrogate and, following a successful induction period, you will have chance to work from home too.

You will join a group of people committed to supporting local GPs and practice teams - we take pride in delivering the best possible service for our constituents.

A salary of up to £24k per annum pro rata
14% employer pension contributions following a successful probation period
25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for the first calendar year, rising to 30 days (plus bank holidays) per holiday year thereafter

What we are looking for
- ability to provide dedicated administrative support to key individuals
- ability to gather, analyse, summarise and share information in a variety of ways
- experience of assisting with event, training course and meeting management
- ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own workload in accordance with team priorities
- high levels of maturity, excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- confidence and an ability to communicate information clearly
- an interest in learning about primary care and developing knowledge of general practice

About YORLMC

YORLMC is one of a unique group of organisations that exist across the country to represent and support NHS GPs and their practice teams.

LMCs are representative organisations. This means that we have a membership of GPs elected by their peers to represent them.

YORLMC also has a secretariat team, known as the Corporate Affairs Team (CAT) which carries out the day to day work of the organisation.
