About the role

As we continue an exciting period of growth and success, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our accounts team, and provide support for one of the very core elements of our business operation.

A snapshot of your typical day-to-day responsibilities. You'll be

• Processing invoices for approval
• Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis
• Producing weekly & monthly BACS payment proposals
• Managing supplier queries
• Supporting the management accountant with balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting the admin department with uploading of PODs to customer systems & managing customer requests
• Supporting with other finance & admin duties where necessary
• Providing holiday cover for sales ledger pricing, and scanning of PODs

As an important part of our internal operations, you'll have

• Purchase ledger experience
• Good written and verbal communication
• A strong attention to detail
• Great organisational skills
