We are currently working with a family run, award winning Independent Estate Agency based in the heart of Bradley Stoke, serving their community and wider Bristol for over 30 years.


They are currently looking to hire a new position within their very busy Estate Agency as a Property Maintenance Administrator.

Managing their full portfolio you will be the first point of contact for any maintenance issues that arise.

You will then book in the correct contractor to carry out the work whilst also attending the property to make sure the work has been done and on time whilst also looking to see if any other issues may need addressing.


Responsibilities:


  • Attending properties to examine maintenance repair requests.
  • Liaising between landlords and tenants.
  • General office administration duties.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Conscientious, confident and organised individual.
  • Professional and mature.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Driving license.
  • Confident and approachable manner.

Pay:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
