Hybrid Glasgow

It is a period of growth that has created the demand for additional consultants to support our expansion, with flexible hybrid working we are currently looking to appoint IT specialists in our Edinburgh and/or Glasgow Office.

Role Responsibilities

You will have access to a supportive team environment, internal & external tools, leading edge technology as well as a host of generalist and specialist recruitment resources.

Geographical restrictions do not exist, giving entrepreneurial consultants the opportunity to develop their market without inhibitors.

With the guidance of Company Directors and colleagues you will be fully supported in developing existing and new markets and provided with unique skills to help differentiate FPSG and yourself.

About You

Previous recruitment experience.
Knowledge of the IT sector, gained from commercial experience from the market.
A proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negation skills and commercial awareness

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys dealing with people and can work towards targets.

As well as this you will be organised, committed, team focused, be open and honest, and have the desire to build a successful career in recruitment.

Reward
Salary, plus competitive commission structure

The salary and package is dependent on experience, however all FPSG staff are offered an environment to build and develop their careers.
