Office Administrator

Fairweather Estate Agents are an award-winning independent estate agents based in Boston Lincolnshire. We are looking to recruit a part-time admin assistant to support our busy sales team three days a week and some Saturdays.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and messages
  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support to managing directors and a small sales team
  • Create sales particulars and online adverts in readiness for marketing
  • Meet and greet clients when necessary
  • Maintain office cleanliness; order office stationary
  • Join Saturday rota working 1in
  • Maintain current systems and client database

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a flexible 'can do' approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good degree of self confidence and own car.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Pay:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
