Description

We are recruiting Production Operators to join our team based in Manvers, Rotherham. The Cepac Rotherham site has ongoing investment and is one of the flagship sites within the Group.

You will support the Team Leader to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained for our customer specifications.

We have a strong health and safety culture, and you will be asked to play a vital role to achieve quality standards on all work produced to our tight deadlines.

We are looking for individuals that can follow procedures, be proactive and problem solve, have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, be numerate with good communication and IT skills.

If you are mechanical minded, this would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern:
Rotating over 3 weeks - nights (10pm-6am), afters (2pm-10pm) and days (6am-2pm)

Starting Salary:
Probationary Period £23,137 (£11.12ph), rising to £24,294pa (£11.68ph) with an opportunity to progress to £26,747 (£12.86ph)
