Primary School Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon

Are you looking to support children as an Primary School Teaching Assistant? Have previous experience working with children?


If so, we are recruiting for a Primary School Teaching Assistant to work within a fantastic Primary School, located in Hillingdon.

This is a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4pm.

No previous experience working in a school required as a Primary School Classroom Assistant, provided that you have a passion for working with children and have worked with children in some capacity and can provide a reference relating to this role

The role:


  • Support students with special needs on a 1:1 basis as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Willing to complete training on how best to support students with SEN as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a Primary School Teaching Assistant

Requirements:


  • Available full time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm
  • Passion for working with children and/or young adults as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Live local to Hillingdon or within a commutable distance

£60.00-£85.00 per day
