It's an exciting time to join the Digital & Data team here at AXA Health, we're seeking an experienced Communications Platform Owner to be the single point of contact for everything from queries and ideas, to incidents in relation to the Health communications Platform.

You will be responsible for setting, prioritising, and evaluating the work generated for the communications Platform team in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment to strategic objectives & priorities.

You'll need to work with the Digital and Data Leadership Team, and with key stakeholders, to own and develop the road map and provide direction to the Platform team.


This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the immediate Platform team, working with key stakeholders to ensure the Platform delivers maximum value.

What you'll be doing:


  • Own the platform roadmap to ensure alignment with Digital and Data strategy.
  • Build close relationships with stakeholders to obtain feedback and understand priorities.
  • Collaborate with teams across AXA entities (UK&I, GO, Health) to ensure the communications platform is aligned to groupagreed policies, to support delivery of change, and to ensure all operational platform duties are realised.
  • Enable the Digital product teams to deliver maximum value, working with programme leads to ensure lifecycle management tasks are effectively prioritised alongside programme delivery.
  • Provide backlog management & prioritisation for the Platform team, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories, ensuring features are properly aligned to customer needs.
  • Accountable for signing off features for deployment to partners and customers.
  • Define, implement and manage the ownership of KPIs relating to change delivery including the management and tracking of business benefit realisation.
  • Efficient and effective operation of the platform including total cost of ownership, management of technical debt and driving continuous improvement of the Platform.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience providing leadership to a suitable level.
  • Excellent knowledge of development lifecycles and technical platforms.
  • Ability to lead and work in a team, as well as being selfsufficient.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Decision making, demand management and prioritisation skills.
  • Relevant IT knowledge and experience of working in an agile delivery team.
  • Agile practices, principles and theories including scaled agile ceremonies.
