Description
Our client specialises in leasehold property management surveying services which cover the South Coast.

They are looking for a Personal Assistant / Administrator to join their team based in Newhaven and assist the CEO as required.

Full time and part timehours are available and there may be an opportunity for hybrid working is appropriate.


Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the CEO's diary and any appointments
  • Attend or overview any meetings
  • Action any points from above meeting or other tasks arising from normal business activities
  • Book and manage any travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO or Senior Management
  • Book and manage any networking events/attendance
  • Carry out any admin tasks at the request of the CEO or other appointed staff
  • Assist the Senior Management team as required
  • General administration of files, software, and other associated areas
