OUR COMPANY


Shropshire Autism Service Ltd (trading as The Autism Service) is a private psychology-led diagnostic assessment service for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).


Initially launched in Shrewsbury in 2019, the service has expanded and now has clinics in 30 locations across the UK, with a workforce of 60 clinicians, an administrative team, and a management team.

We are on track to become the largest provider of face-to-face assessment clinics in the UK.


We are a mixture of psychologists, doctors, nurses, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists, providing National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guideline compliant multi-disciplinary team diagnostic assessments, with support provided by the administrative and management team from our head office in Shrewsbury.


Our goal is to provide the highest quality, reliable assessments, without waiting lists, so that our clients can access the help and support they need, and enjoy mental well-being.

THE OPPORTUNITY


We are seeking a marketing assistant on a full-time basis to join the team, working from our head office in Shrewsbury.

The role will require you to work directly with the company directors to implement a marketing strategy designed to support the roll-out of new clinics, whilst strengthening the brand and maintaining social and digital platforms.


The Autism Service has grown from seeing a handful of patients per year to now seeing in excess of 750 patients per year.

In this fast growing business, there is no limit to career progression and performance based incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for implementing day-to-day marketing tasks, campaigns and projects, as agreed with the company directors.

To include, but not limited to:

  • Creating and updating digital and print content
  • Managing the development of marketing materials
  • Liaising with third party agencies
  • Identifying marketing opportunities
  • Promoting consistency of the brand in the business

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in all social media platforms from a business perspective
  • Experience of WordPress and other website software
  • Track record in design and creative skills
  • Effective written skills and excellent grammar

Salary:
£22,500.00 per year
