Description

To provide an efficient, courteous and helpful reception service to patients, their families and other professionals for the Physiotherapy and Occupation Therapy Services Department.

To undertake various clerical duties associated with the custody and use of Health Records.

This will include all administrative procedures and documentation associated with a patient's journey through the Service, as outlined in the Patient Access Policy.

It is expected that staff will undertake clerical duties relating to any aspect of the service

To undertake various administrative clerical duties associated with the reception function of Therapy Services Department.

This to include all administrative procedures and Therapy Services documentation associated with a patient's attendance to the Therapy Services Department as outlined in the Patient Access Policy.


To undertake duties relating to any aspect of service provided by the Therapy Services Out-Patient reception, within the grade of the post.

To be responsible for informing the Office Manager on administrative and clerical matters. To inform the Clinical Operational Manager in the absence of the Office Manager.
