Job Description:
Evening Receptionist

Shifts: 4pm to 9pm, 5 pm to 11pm, Weekend Availability (Mornings)


Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer or direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records in various systems
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
• Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Professional appearance and demeanor
