Mobility is set to change more fundamentally than it has in a century.

The very foundation of how we move about is being shaken to its core, with electric vehicles,

autonomous driving, and ride hailing set to completely revolutionise the delivery of mobility in the

2020s.

Meanwhile, the service delivery of how we browse, buy and finance our cars is changing at similar

break-neck speed. Tesla's success has sounded the death knell for the large, out-of-town retail

spaces with the intimidating, opaque environments that car dealerships have become synonymous

with.

Over the next 3 years, we're set to develop and deliver an entirely new online journey for clients,

centred around the personal, expert client experience we have become known for.


We will retain this personal approach, while developing an unrivalled digital experience for clients, harnessing our expertise for the professional markets we serve.

As we enter a significant period of investment-funded growth we are looking to hire an experienced

Head of Brand to further develop and promote our brand in the market to both new and existing clients, as well as being responsible for executing our brand strategy during this pivotal time for our business.

We are looking for someone creative and driven who is excited by the prospect of


working with an entrepreneurial business and has an excellent understanding of brand positioning and innovation across all platforms, but in particular within the digital and technology space.


The Role:


  • Build upon and develop the existing marketing function
  • Develop the Brand and Positioning on two key Channel focuses (Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Schemes and Referral Partnerships)
  • Amplify P+B Existing Brand awareness within our core 7 sectors
  • Lead the development and delivery of online channels for lead generation, including SEO and contentled marketing
  • Work with our Head of People to immediately recruit and train a team of 23 marketing executives, focused on specific service lines within the business.

Key Role Metrics:


  • Lead and drive forward major brand awareness campaigns in Employer Brand, Salary Sacrifice Schemes and Referral Campaign
  • Exponential growth of core sector website visitors over a 1218 month period
  • Deliver growth in number of new Salary Sacrifice Employer enquiries within target sectors and size.
  • Recruitment and development of a highperforming marketing team

Your skills and experience:


  • Established Brand and Marketing experience across multiple brand channels, and the hunger to develop these skills further
  • Brand technology experience in driving online acquisition of customers in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
  • Experience of managing teams and working with wide range of stakeholders
  • Want to be part of a High-Performance Team
  • Enjoy Learning and keen to develop personally
