Our client is the leading name within their niche industry servicing some of the largest and most recognisable worldwide brands.

Through an internal move, a permanent vacancy for a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant has been created.

Reporting to the UK Finance Manager, your role as the Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant will be varied as you assist the Finance team in organising their ledger and assisting the client base.


Daily tasks within this opportunity will include:

  • Assisting stakeholders at all levels with invoice related queries
  • Assisting with delinquent accounts and escalating when necessary
  • Providing up to date reporting to assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Liaising with the sales force when necessary
  • Creation and maintenance of the monthly suspense lists
  • Meeting stakeholders and maintaining long term relationships both internal and external


You must be a strong communicator when dealing with non-finance stakeholders and for reporting purposes; a good working knowledge of excel is also preferred.
