Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Duties:
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with orders
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary:
From £24,652.38 per year
