Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.


Duties:


  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with orders
  • Build strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
From £24,652.38 per year
