Full Time**
Salary:£50,000-£55,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance

  • Monitor & provide regular reports on H&S compliance/performance
  • Participate in the development of longterm plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements, including Capex.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct regular scheduled site visits across all divisions in the UK Portfolio.
  • Liaising with service contractors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.
  • Reporting to the Group Director of Facilities & Risk (H&S) on a regular basis.
  • Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
  • Deputise for Group Director of Facilities & Risk (H&S) as required
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new contractors
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
  • Support Group Director of Facilities & Risk with Group Function Objectives
  • Support with communications & consultations for Risk Policy Group and Group Function

Role in our Family:


We are seeking an experienced Group Co-Ordinator of Facilities & Risk (H&S) to support with maintaining a secure, well-functioning, efficient, safe, and compliant work environment.

Across all divisions, of the Splendid Group Portfolio.

Part of your job will be to support the Group Director of Facilities & Risk (H&S) with conducting site visits across our UK portfolio on a regular scheduled basis.

You will support operations in reviewing statutory documentation and ensuing recommendations/remedial works are completed within specified timescales.

You will also review the general upkeep of the property and ensure capex plans are on track; whilst ensuring health & safety compliance standards are met.

You will provide compliance reporting on the same to all relevant key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, quick thinking, have excellent people skills and be able to prioritize multiple issues.

You will be commercially orientated, pro-active and open-minded to change and innovation. You will have a commitment to quality and the customer experience. You must be a team player, with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for supporting on technical matters. You should also have a good knowledge of Microsoft office programs.

Ultimately, you'll help our key stakeholders, 'Splendid Family' members, customers, visitors, residents, and guests get the most out of our facilities.
