We are looking for an organised, self-motivated, detail-driven, enthusiastic events executive to support the team with the delivery of our own and third party fundraising events.


This role requires staff to

  • Plan, develop and deliver events working with internal and external stakeholders alongside the Marketing and Events team.
  • Provide on the ground events management support throughout events taking place during and outside of core office hours, including set up and pack down.
  • Management of participant and stakeholder information with the CRM database.
  • Carry out postevent reviews and analysis to inform future event developments.
  • Work alongside Marketing to discuss delivery of marketing of events.
  • Follow up with all participants postevent to continue the donor journey and maximise funds raised.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events, you will support them in the efficient delivery of a full and varied fundraising event portfolio and will successfully nurture relationships of event participants and sponsors, on every step of their journey with the Charity.

You will also work with our communications team to help market events, using social media, PR and print materials and with the Corporate and Community Team to secure sponsors, manage the recruitment of volunteers and corporate teams for events.


We're looking for a talented individual with experience of excellent event co-ordination whilst delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ideally with previous experience in the not-for-profit sector (though not essential), as well as evidence of successfully recruiting event participants, nurturing these relationships and a desire to bring new events to the table.

You'll be a tenacious person with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, positive work ethic and an excellent understanding of the importance of securing and building supporter relationships to inspire supporters and grow revenue.


Holding a full UK manual driving licence essential for this role.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
