Our intuitive digital platforms and strategies make it easy for residents to find homes, manage their accounts and communicate with their landlord.

By enabling channel shift, housing associations can free up resource to help customers that need it most.


You will know and understand how to articulate what brings them value to deliver an irresistible pitch — whilst ensuring we stay true to our core values to improve the lives of residents and their communities.


The principal goal is to deliver long-term, multi-year, wide-scale deployments of the Prodo platform, your success will be measured by the revenue growth of your customer portfolio.

However, we recognise that to achieve this you must deliver and facilitate outstanding customer service and retention.


Responsibilities:

To define and own your targets and goals within the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy.


To help refine and iterate the GTM strategy ahead of changes in the regulatory landscape or entry into new markets.

To proactively look for business development opportunities by all means at your disposal to achieve your targets or goals.


To generate commercial interest in our platform through promotion at exhibitions, trade shows, social media, online webinars, video calls etc.

To promote Prodo and the brand through all external communications.

To be the first port of call for incoming sales enquiries within your remit.

To update and track sales opportunities through our CRM system (Hubspot).

To liaise with other teams to maximise sales opportunities e.g. Marketing, Customer Success, Operations.

To forecast accurately and consistently.

To report sales leads/wins/losses/pipeline.

To perform against individual & department KPIs / OKRs as defined.

To participate in team working to benefit the wider company goals, outside of the immediate job description.

Entry requirements

  • Must have achieved a C/4 or above in GCSE maths and english
  • Access to a car and drivers license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Data-Driven with a high attention to detail and a love of continuous learning and development.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to handle multiple priorities to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Working with and managing a large variety of stakeholders.
