Being responsible for a large quarterly internal comms magazine is just one of the key areas of this Internal comms and Operations Insights role that we are supporting with.


You'll be working for one of the largest global automotive businesses, with their offices based in Bracknell, but this doesn't mean you need to love cars or motorbikes We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years experience within internal comms that ishungry for their next step.


The role:


You will report into the PR & Communications Manager supporting him and the European business with all aspects of Internal communications.

This role is split across both Internal communications (70%) and also working on Branch operations and evaluation (30%).

  • You will be working on developing a distribution method for the quarterly magazine across the Middle East and Africa Region ensuring the content is received and utilised.
  • You will be working with a creative agency to create the magazine, spending your time curating content across the quarter to share great stories to the wider European teams.
  • You will be working on areas of improvement of the current internal communications activities we are looking for someone who is curious and driven by continuous improvement.
  • You will be responsible for the day to day budget for Internal comms agency you may have been involved in this on a smaller scale previously, or just have a small awareness but have the 'want' to know more.

What you'll bring with you


You'll work alongside stakeholders within the Global HQ, European HQ and branches so we are looking for someone who is confident in building and maintaining relationships with a varied range of stakeholders.


You will also:

  • Have experience of managing marketing/PR agencies ensuring a high standard of output is always delivered.
  • An ability to manage a varied and complex workload you don't need to be good at 'multi tasking' but managing your time effectively to ensure each area gets the time and dedication needed to be of the right standard.
  • Be open to understanding the mindset of colleagues from other countries to truly understand their internal comms needs to make improvements where needed.
