The post:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated confident and enthusiastic individual to join the Finance, Corporate Governance and Legal Services Directorate to provide a full range of executive and senior management administrative support to the Director of HR and Workforce Development.
A strong team player, you will also possess excellent communication skills and must be able to take responsibility for day-to-day planning and prioritising of workload and be proactive in supporting the Director of HR and Workforce Development.
If you enjoy challenging and stimulating work, are proactive, responsive and organised then this could be the role for you.
We are looking for the right person with the rights skills and experience to support this key area of work.
Location and Working Pattern:
This post is based in either Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Meridian Court, Glasgow.
The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
A hybrid working model is currently in place with remote working.
However, it should be noted that NSS is currently in the process of relocating from Meridian Court to nearby Delta House, 50 West Nile Street Glasgow G1 2NP.
