Technology I
nternal Audit Manager based in their
London office.
Reporting to a well-respected IT Audit leader, you will be part of a highly regarded and sociable team that has a fantastic reputation for delivering value to the organisation.
The function operates a risk-based approach and the audit plan is very varied,encompassing risk management and corporate governance arrangements of technology operations, internal control, cybersecurity and infrastructure services.
**Key Responsibilities: - Ownership and delivery of high quality Integrated, Business and Technology risk based audits- Overseeing cosource on specialist reviews
- Taking a leadership and coaching role in audits
- Owning relationships with senior Technology & Business stakeholders to ensure that audit issues are addressed and any key emerging risks identified
- Performing inflight reviews of ongoing change initiative projects, improving controls and identifying risks
- Support the development and deployment of Data Analytics capability
- Driving your own training and that of others in team, keeping ahead of trends to enable your work to continue to add value to the business
- Contributing to the preparation of Audit Committee and executive level reporting
Skills & Experience:
- CISA qualification
- Highly motivated, curious and proactive, team and development focused
- Experience in both solo audits and teams audits including integrated reviews
- High level of technology understanding (e.g. Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, etc.) and business understanding.
- Ability to translate complex technology issues and risks into business terms
- The ability to empathise with stakeholders and identify pragmatic solutions which address risks
- Excellent time and project management skills, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, thoroughness and reliability to deliver multiple audits with high quality and timeliness

Travel in the role is low (approx. 10%) and they operate a very flexible approach to work. The team typically meet in London 1-2 times per month for important meetings and social events.However, the office is always open and you are welcome as often asyou like.
