A specialist Pharmaceutical client with a focus in Men's Health is looking for a Country Lead, with a background in the pharmaceutical industry.

Country Lead Role
This new employment opportunity is centred on building and managing a close-knit team, leading the day-to-day operations and responsible for full P&L, new product launches, compliance and regulatory affairs.
You'll be responsible for setting sales targets, strategic planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics successfully using a thorough understanding of the Men's Health market.

The role will be based in Central LondonReporting to the CEO and Business Founder, you will be responsible for developing the sales and marketing strategy in line with key business objectives and industry trends
Other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for a part of the global product portfolio
- Develop the marketing mix for the assigned product portfolio including of product positioning and value proposition
- Active key stakeholder to contribute to the areas of pricing strategy, promotion and assets creation
- Lead product marketing activities for the responsible portfolio including product lifecycle management, insights driven product roadmaps and long term portfolio vision
- Review, consult and sign off profitable business plans for the assigned product portfolio
- Develop and manage the budget for the assigned product portfolio
- Turn market / competition / customer needs analyses into business and product value propositions and ensures that the assigned product portfolio supports the strategy
- Active member of the project team for the development of new products
- Coach and enable team members to be active PM representatives within the project teams
- Actively engage with senior management and with regions to drive the client's ambitions as a global brand (with some market visits required)
- Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory functions to ensure that all known quality and regulatory requirements for the assigned product portfolio are fulfilled
- Lead and coach the team members according the HR processes (Recruiting, Performance Evaluation, Target setting, Talent Management etc.)
- Degree in business related field
- At least 3 years of experience in as a Country Manager or similar
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry preferred
- English fluent written & spoken
- Knowledge in MS-Office
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of a regulated & global environment
- Curious, openminded & inspiring
