Description
Orthodontic Health Limited is a private Orthodontic practice and is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative assistant to join our team.

The Receptionist/Administrative assistant will be responsible for answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments and providing general office support.

They will also assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.


Qualifications

  • Dental practice experience desirable but not essential.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Knowledge of dental technology/terminoloy useful.
  • Knowledge of dental technology a plus
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.

Schedule:
Tuesdays - 8.15am to 6pm, Wednesdays 1pm to 6.15pm, Thursdays 8.15am to 6pm. Occasional Saturdays from 8am to 3pm

Part-time hours: 22.75 per week

£11.00 per hour
