Details of the post:

The role of the Deputy Head of Service is responsible for ensuring the company meets and exceeds regulatory, statutory, customer and organisational standards, through robust management, leadership, quality assurance, safeguarding, and monitoring.

The Deputy Head of Service is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high quality care that is focused on obtaining the best outcomes to Next Stage 4 Life's children and young people in line with Ofsted Regulations and Quality Standards.

The Deputy Head of Service is expected to support employee development and welfare through effective supervision and coaching. Previous experience of managing a team at Registered Manager level is essential.

The role of Deputy Head of Service requires active commitment to the young people in their care and a dedication to Next Stage 4 Life ethos and values.

Salary:
£55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
