Step Teachers are working with a School in Wood Green to source an English teacher. This role will commence in September 2023

This is a "Good" Ofsted-rated School where the executive headteacher and headteacher have high aspirations for the school and a clear vision for its expansion as part of the academy trust.

They have been instrumental in designing a welcoming community school,where there are high ambitions for all pupils.

Role:

Strong English curriculum knowledge at KS3 &
Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable
Ability to assess and report on your students when required
Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Willingness to comply with the schools' policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

Hold QTS or the equivalent of
Have recent mainstream schoolbased experience teaching English
