Recently accredited with The Queen's Award for Sustainable Development, we are changing the home interiors sector by championing luxury re-commerce.


The professional removal/dismantle of the luxury products we sell is a critical part of our business model and as a result we have been awarded Which? Trusted Trader for our specialist teams for the past 4 years.

We cover the whole of the UK, with a focus on teams working from either the North or the South.

To support this growth, we are now seeking an ambitious Dismantle Supervisor to head up our Southern team.


Main duties and responsibilities


Within this role you will manage your teams as well as be the lead onsite to ensure best practice and excellent customer service is achieved on every occasion.

This includes supporting and developing the teams to be skilled and motivated, whilst ensuring safe systems of work.


Quality of service is essential and that we maintain our Which? Trusted Trader accreditation with the highest standards of workmanship and communication with our customers.


A removal and dismantle job normally takes between - 4 hours and onward delivery to the purchaser in the most part happens the same day.

Quality Assurance documents are completed at various stages of the service journey.


This is a customer facing role and you will be required to manage any issues that may arise in conjunction with office support.


Skills/ experience/ qualifications:

Experience in creating and managing a well-functioning team and getting the best out of people.

Is proficient in using hand tools and has solid experience in joinery, plumbing and electrical works

Customer management and resolution of service/ site issues

Polite and courteous and maintains a professional manner.

Effective Communicator and able to remain calm under pressure

Track record of providing Customers with excellent service.

Able to schedule works and make decisions on their own


Has a driving licence for more than 3 years van with 3 points or less, is able to and confident in driving a 3.

Has a good level of fitness and is competent in manual handling incl. lifting and transporting heavy items with the assistance of lifting aids.

Ability to carry out tasks on a handheld device or computer/ laptop


Remuneration:

Basic £35-50k pa, depending on experience, can join Company Annual Commission and Pension Schemes,

Opportunity for overtime

Overnight stays if required are fully expensed with additional overnight allowance


Salary:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
