We operate from our offices in Norwich, Cambridge, Chelmsford and London and act for Clients throughout the East, East Midlands, South East of England and Greater London area, providing the full range of Project Management, Employer's Agent and Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) services for a wide spectrum of public, private and commercial clients.

We are involved in a wide variety of projects in multiple sectors: Residential; industrial; commercial, infrastructure; education and leisure.

We support our clients to build everything from carbon-neutral social housing and schools; through to prestige-brand manufacturing facilities and cutting-edge high-tech developments.

You'll need to be either RICS, CIOB or APM professionally qualified or have an equivalent level of knowledge and have experience with a private practice or consultancy.

You'll have significant experience in the role of a Project Manager and / or Employer's Agent and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, Design & Build and NEC procurement and contract administration.

You'll have experience in the residential sector and if you've worked in other sectors that would be a bonus. If you are also professional, diplomatic and client focussed then you could be just who we are looking for.
