Manufacturing Line Leader

North Yorkshire
Salary circa £12.14 per hour - 40 hrs per week Mon -Fri - 25 days holiday

The Company
Our client is one of the UK's largest manufacturers of cleaning technology machinery.

The Role
To lead a team of Mechanical Assembly Technicians, fabricating, assembling, inspecting, and testing industrial wash equipment

Provide timely feedback to supervisor/manager on any technical or quality issues that arise.

Team leadership including resource, time/attendance management, daily task allocation, control, and management.

Attend functional and business meetings as required and support other departments to meet Company objectives.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the team members.

Need good balance mechanical assembly & fabrication skills

Fabrication and or mechanical assembly, inspection, and test experience.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Ability to lead a small team of technicians to deliver product on time to the right quality and cost standards.

Proven leadership ability, supporting individual and team

Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines

Strong effective decision making, organizational and time management skills.

Full and current UK driving license
